The Christian County Ag Appreciation Breakfast was well attended. The guest speaker was Dr. Tony Brannon, and he proved an excellent point of how a shirt can wear out (as you can tell by the photos).Dr. Brannon presented Guy Hightower and Howe King with the Ag Scholarship Fund for the Department of Agriculture at Murray State University. Randy Newton was awarded the Friend of Agriculture award. Ag Business of the Year was presented to BJ and Breck Cayce. Jim Shelton of Pembroke was awarded 2009 Farmer of the Year.
